Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation: Upon receiving a confirmed order either on the online payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) option, for in-stock products, we will begin the process to package and ship the same to your address provided on the website. In the case of products that are not in stock and require procurement/manufacturing/customisation, the order confirmation is done via direct communication with the customer by our representative after agreement on delivery time, pricing & payment terms.
Shipping Time: We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for products that are in stock. For products that out of stock and procured/manufactured/customised on request are shipped as per the delivery timelines communicated and agreed upon between Kauthuk and the customer prior to the order confirmation
Packaging: We at most times follow a green packaging policy for all our shipments unless it requires a poly product cushioning for extremely delicate products. All our shipments are finely packed and sealed for safe delivery to the customer.
Shipping: Our products are shipped at no additional cost throughout India. The shipping services are handled by multiple courier companies with whom we have a tie-up. We provide complete shipping details with an online tracking ID for each order shipped to the customer. Apart from liquid items or large parcels, normally we do expedited speed shipping of all the orders.

We ship internationally on request. The pricing and delivery timelines are based on the customer requirement and shipping location and are confirmed with the customer before the shipping.
